Since 2019, Tingaud has served as Principal Guest Conductor of the Beethoven Academy Orchestra in Krakow, one of Poland’s leading ensembles. His partnership with the orchestra has produced critically acclaimed performances and recordings, and continues to flourish. In December 2025, they are slated to embark on a major tour of China, performing in eight of the country’s most prestigious venues.
A graduate of the Paris National Conservatoire, he was mentored by Manuel Rosenthal, a pupil of Maurice Ravel, who instilled in him a lifelong passion for French music — a repertoire Tingaud has become one of the foremost interpreters of today.
Tingaud has conducted many of Europe’s and Asia’s top orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Orchestre National de Lyon, Tokyo Philharmonic, and the Warsaw and Krakow Philharmonics.
