Recent engagements have included Spontini’s Fernand Cortez at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and Donizetti’s L’ange de Nisida at the Donizetti Opera Festival in Bergamo, which received the Special Prize from the jury of the Premio Franco Abbiati, Italy’s most prestigious classical music awards.Future plans include recordings of music by César Franck and Chausson with the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra and Lakmé at the National Centre for the Performing Arts, Beijing. In 2025 he will make his debut with the NHK Symphony Orchestra in Tokyo.
